Why must I book by email?
Booking by email is essential so we can limit the size of our Daily Tour Groups to 10 people. Your place on our tour will be assured only upon receipt (and then presentation on the day) of our Booking Confirmation Email.
What time should I arrive at the meeting place?
Do I need to bring anything?
Although the walking pace is easy, we do cover a reasonable distance for 2 hours, so comfortable footwear is advisable.
Where does the tour finish?
Are we expected to tip our guide?
Do your tours really run every day?
Should we ever need to cancel due to exceptional cirumstances, we will always post this information on our website at least an hour before your tour is due to commence. Just check our daily Tour Status update.
Do you take Private bookings?
When do I pay for my tour?
Your Guide will accept payment in cash and provide you with a ticket on the day of your walking tour. Please remember to bring either an electronic or a hardcopy of your Booking Confirmation Email to ensure your place.
Do you cancel tours if it's raining?
Do you offer discounts?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer discounts because we’ve already priced our tours to be as affordable as possible, and in our experience, customers consider that our tours offer really great value.
We don’t charge for children under 10 years.
Are children welcome?
Also, while we won’t be climbing any stairs during our tour, lots of the streets in Vieux Nice are narrow and so you may find it difficult to manage a stroller, particularly during peak holiday periods.
Is your tour wheelchair accessible?
Do you accept credit cards?
Unfortunately not – in order to minimise the price of our tour, we can only accept cash at this time
